The Challenge
Validating compliance with building bye-laws and resolving unrecorded building height and open area violations across a 1.0 Sq Km area.
Our Approach
Created a digital twin using Drone-based LiDAR and RGB Sensors with a 45-degree angle in 4 directions and Nadir position. Integrated data with Google Street View for realistic validation.
Key Outcomes
Generated 3D model with 3cm horizontal and 7cm vertical accuracy
Identified 15 buildings violating height compliance
Detected multiple open area violations as per building norms
Validated lease and free-hold status through integrated field survey
